Returns Policy:

We accept returns for new, unopened, unaltered, non-custom items purchased from Kem.com within 15 days of delivery. We do not accept returns for opened items. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for any returns shipping costs.

In order for us to process your return, you must call us at 631-298-0005 to obtain a Return Authorization number. This number must be clearly written on the outside of the shipping boxes used to return your items.

We do not provide refunds for initial or return shipping. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns will not be accepted after 15 days of delivery.

Customs, Duties and Taxes for International Orders:

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs, duties, and fees, which are levied once the shipment reaches the destination. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely between countries; please contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
